Paramount Yachts is the central agent for Endless Horizon II and the data controller for this website. We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and plan a charter.

What we collect

Contact details, travel dates, party size and preferences submitted through the inquiry form; and for brokers, account details and a record of documents downloaded from the portal.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and administer broker access. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it beyond the crew and suppliers required to deliver a charter.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
